Deposit/Payment
A deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
If you prefer to pay by direct deposit, please contact us for bank details. Full payment is required two weeks before arrival and will be deducted from your nominated credit card unless otherwise requested.

Conditions
Check-in time is from 2:00pm, check-out time is by 10:00am. Late checkout may be arranged depending on incoming bookings. Lynrose house is strictly non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of deposit will be given for 30 days or more notice of cancellation. A 10% administration fee applies to cancelled bookings (which will be deducted from the deposit held). No refund will be given if 30 days or less notice given, unless Lynrose Place is re-let.
